Upstream additionally credits “Brainder” and “White matter” from the University of Washington. The complete upstream attribution notice is retained in `licenses/Z-Anatomy.txt`. Only the Brain collection is used; unrelated kidney and inner-ear models are excluded.

## Source and changes

Downloaded the upstream `Z-Anatomy.zip` (Git blob `f43cabc6f366b2a6058dd2ed4a2b3c7b9b2492cb`). Its `Z-Anatomy/Startup.blend` is dated May 2, 2023 in the archive.

Mind / Play adaptation: extracted 234 brain meshes, removed template labels/scripts and a stray extension below the brain, applied existing object transforms/modifiers, centered and rescaled the model, replaced materials, added studio lighting/cameras, and made three teaching cutaways with capped cut surfaces (the side view retains the cerebellum and brainstem as whole orientation landmarks; overlapping caps are separated slightly to prevent rendering artifacts). Converted rendered images to WebP. These model and image adaptations are shared under CC BY-SA 4.0.

The cortex retains atlas mesh folds. Material grain and cut surfaces are illustrative, not histology. Numbered website pointers are approximate educational locations; the atlas does not supply exact VTA or ventral-striatum segmentations for these pointers. This is general anatomy, not a scan of Sam or an age-specific 11-year-old model. No dopamine or gaming activity is measured or inferred by the geometry. Attribution does not imply endorsement by the original contributors.
